Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026. Standard terms governing technical engagements with Technofreaks.
1. Engineering Services & Scope
Technofreaks delivers professional cloud architecture, DevOps automation, Kubernetes management, security hardening, and custom software development services. Each engagement is governed by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing architecture specifications, timeline, deliverables, and service levels.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, all custom Infrastructure as Code (Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, application codebases, and container configurations) authored specifically for the client becomes the sole intellectual property of the client upon fulfillment of payment terms.
3. Service Level Agreements & Uptime
For dedicated DevOps pod engagements with ongoing maintenance contracts, Technofreaks maintains agreed response times for critical severity incidents. Cloud infrastructure uptime is subject to the underlying cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) SLA guarantees.
